2. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be resolved through customer support. 4. Force Majeure The company is not liable for delays or failure caused by natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemic, war, government restrictions, internet outages, payment gateway outages, courier disruptions, labour strikes or other unavoidable events.

5. Fraud Prevention Orders may be verified before dispatch. Suspicious transactions may be cancelled or held. Identity verification may be requested. False chargebacks, fake returns and misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension and legal action. Information may be shared with banks, payment gateways and authorities where legally required.

6. Intellectual Property All product photographs, videos, logos, website design, graphics, text, trademarks and branding belong to Nakoda Jewellers Family. Copying, downloading, resale or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Gold & Silver Price Fluctuation Policy Gold and silver prices change daily based on market conditions. Product prices may change without prior notice. The confirmed order price at successful checkout will normally be honoured unless there is a clear pricing or system error. Quotes, estimates and cart prices do not guarantee the final selling price until the order is accepted. Custom jewellery orders may require price revision if market rates change before production. Customers should check the current displayed rate before placing an order.
